We are here to honour that our hearts are portals, that our bodies hold wisdom,
that spirituality is not separate from life — it is life.
TAQAT means power in Sindhi,
the language of my ancestors.
It is the power that comes not from force, but from truth.
It is the quiet strength that rises from within when we come back home to our soul.
